Recipe Monday- Slowcooker BBQ Chicken Pineapple

Ok this one doesn't get any easier!  I will definitely be buying the stuff for this before baby 2 comes so I can just throw it all in our crock pot during the day for a delicious dinner at night.

Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken Pineapple

Ingredients:
1 lb of frozen (yes! frozen!) chicken tenders (the non-breaded type.)
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ Sauce
1 can of pineapple chunks (I used a larger one because I LOVE pineapple)
1 green pepper cut up
2-4 servings of cooked rice (we like basmati or brown.)

Directions:
Get this... put BBQ sauce, chicken, pineapple, and green pepper in slow cooker, set on low for 5-6 hours.  Stir and pull the meat apart.  Serve over rice.  It doesn't get easier than that!  Enjoy!

Monday: Squash and Zuchini Pasta with white sauce, salad and rustic bread
Tuesday: Pad Thai with Wontons
Wednesday: Avocado, bacon and tomato grilled cheese with cucumber salad and chips
Thursday: Tatortot hotdish with broccoli and rolls
Friday- Shrimp pasta with rustic bread and asparagus
Saturday- Date night
Sunday- Ham and Augroton Potatoes, bread and salad

Baking:
Brownie & Chocolate Chip Cookie bars
Poppy Chow
Breakfast cookies
