Recipe Monday

Today's recipe might be familiar- but one of our family's favorites.

Mini Veggie Pizzas


1 can of Pillbury croissants
1/2 c. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/8 t. garlic salt
1/4 t. dill
Chopped:
Red peppers
Cucumbers
Broccoli
Carrots
Green onions

Take cream cheese out to soften. Preheat oven according to croissant directions. Grease a muffin tin and pack 1 triangle in each tin (corners may stick out- it makes for a better aesthetic) and bake. Cool croissants. In mean time, in a small bow mix sour cream, cream cheese, dill and garlic salt. Set aside. Chop veggies and set aside. When croissants are cooled, top them with a dollop of the cream cheese mix, and sprinkle the veggies on top. This makes for a fun, messy, summer treat! These can be refrigerated for up to 2 days. Enjoy!
